CRM Tools
The dotCMS offers a set of CRM tools that allow a user to send out communications such as eNewsletters or memos to different mailing lists via scheduled processes called campaigns.
The CRM dotCMS page
All CRM tools will be accessible via the "CRM" page. Depending on the permissioning scheme of your dotCMS installation, that page could be accessible by all users, or a restricted group of CRM Editors. If this tab does not appear when you login, be sure to contact your administrator.
