Calendar of Events

The Calendar of Events is a dynamic, Ajax-based social events calendar that can be customized and re-used throughout any dotCMS website.  The Events Calendar comes prebuilt with the dotCMS starter site and provides event filtering options by utilizing the powerful dotCMS taxonomy. These calendar pages can be customized, re-skinned, and re-used throughout a dotCMS managed website as needed.  The following sections separate backend and frontend functionality of the dotCMS Events Calendar and show how to add, view, and modify events on the dotCMS website.
