Create Structures in the dotCMS
This tutorial teaches you how to create structures in the dotCMS.

Creating a Content Structure Type

To add a Content Structure Type, first click on the Structures tab in the top menu of dotCMS.  From the Minimized Structure Manager, click "New Structure" to begin creating an new Structure or "All Structures" to view/edit the previously created Structures on your site.

Adding A New Structure

Clicking on "New Structure" allows you to give a "Structure Name, Structure Type, Description, and define a Detail Page for the new Structure.  The Structure must be saved before new fields can be added.

Once the Structure has been added, new fields can be entered by clicking on the "Add New Field" button.  The following documentation article defines how to Add Fields to a Content Structure.
