HTML Page Permissions
Permissions are set on an HTML page by navigating to that page from the Browser tab in the Website page.
Right-click (CTRL+click on Mac) the page in question, and in the "Edit" link from the submenu.
The permissions for each role are set by clicking on the Permissions tab, and then saving, or saving and publishing the page in question.
