HTML Pages

HTML pages in the dotCMS utilize Templates that provide the layout and design for the page.  When a new HTML page is created a Template must be chosen for that HTML page.  The Template defines the HTML page layout and the containers that we used to place content on the HTML page.  A variety of tools are made available to the creators of HTML pages that allow the editing and previewing of changes made to a page before making those additions or changes "live" on a website.  The following sections detail all the webpage management tools made available to webpage creators in the dotCMS.
