Managing Tasks

Clicking on the Home tab will display Workflow tasks in the Minimized view where tasks assigned to the user can be reviewed by "Title", "Mod Date", "Due Date", and "Assignee".  "Actions" can also be taken on the Workflow Task by clicking on the icons under the Actions column.  The "Associated Type" column displays whether the task is associated to a piece of Content, or to an HTML page, and also displays some actionable icons.  Clicking on the appropriate icon under the "Associated Type" column performs actions (view, publishing, unpublishing), on the actual HTML page or Content that is the subject of the Workflow Task.

Minimized View

Clicking on the the "all" link in the bottom right hand corner of the Workflow minimized view shows maximized view of workflow tasks and and expanded set of filtering and management options.

Maximized View

Clicking on the "new" link from the minimized view opens a new workflow task that can be assigned to user Roles or a specific backend user.
