Modifying Tasks

In the Maximized View of the Workflow Tasks Manager there are a variety of Action Icons provided for managing Workflow Tasks in the "Actions" column.  Icons representing actions that can be taken on the Associated Content or Webpage are located under the "Associated Type" column.

*It is important to note that, by default, only "Open" Workflow Tasks are displayed.  To display Workflows Tasks that have been "Canceled" or "Resolved" requires choosing changing the value in the "Status" field and clicking on the "Filter" button.

Clicking on the "View Task" icon or on the Workflow Task title opens the task so that it can be reviewed, acted on, or modified.  Some of the same icons that are available in the Maximized View of Workflow Tasks are present in the tasks themselves and perform the same actions.  In addition, Comments may be posted on the task and files may be uploaded and then attached to the Workflow Task if needed.
